Mona94 Beykoz

Solutions integrated with the architecture.

Located in Beykoz, one of Istanbul’s most exclusive residential areas, Mona94 is a distinguished residential development known for its architectural quality, strong relationship with its natural setting and high standard of living.

Digital Design implemented the smart home automation and intercom systems for this extensive development of 270 villas. Developed around the scale, architectural character and user expectations of the project, the automation infrastructure was designed to make technology a natural and seamless part of life rather than a visible element.

Built on Hager infrastructure, the system brought lighting, curtain and blind control and climate solutions together within a single integrated structure. Lighting automation with on/off and dimming functions created flexible atmospheres suited to different usage scenarios and daily rhythms, while curtain and blind automation supported the controlled use of natural light.

Integrating the climate systems into the automation raised the comfort level in the villas and enabled users to manage their living spaces more easily, efficiently and with greater control. Intercom systems were included as an integrated solution completing the security and access processes.

In line with Mona94’s high architectural standards, the systems were developed to balance aesthetics, comfort, security and technology. The user experience remained simple and intuitive in every villa, supported by a strong and reliable automation infrastructure in the background.

With an implementation spanning 270 villas, Mona94 Beykoz is one of Digital Design’s most important references, demonstrating its engineering approach to prestigious residential projects, experience in high-volume system integration and ability to maintain the same quality standard across an entire development.
