Düzce Glass Factory, the first factory to begin operating in Bilecik Organised Industrial Zone No. 3, stands out as an important pioneering project in the region’s industrial development.

Digital Design implemented lighting automation, central monitoring and energy-monitoring systems for this project so that the production areas could be managed more efficiently, controllably and sustainably.

HDL automation infrastructure was integrated with Steinel presence and motion sensors to create automation scenarios tailored to the factory’s occupancy levels and working patterns. Data from the sensors enabled the lighting systems to operate when needed, with the aim of optimising energy use and increasing operational efficiency.

Central monitoring and energy-monitoring infrastructure made system status and consumption values trackable, giving facility management a more measurable, controlled and sustainable structure.

For Digital Design, taking part in the first factory in Bilecik Organised Industrial Zone No. 3 represents more than a technical implementation; it is an important industrial reference accompanying the region’s development.
